Sharon Finkle, owner of Studio SF, is a landscape designer with over 20 years experience creating residential landscape designs from conceptual layout design to construction documentation. She has expansive knowledge of Mediterranean plant species, using plant materials as an artistic medium.
At your residence / project site, Sharon Finkle will provide a Landscape Consultation with site specific landscape consulting advice. This will consist of:
1 hour Consultation at residence to discuss garden opportunities
Includes designers travel time to and from meeting (60 miles from San Francisco) Max 2 hours travel time.
Homeowner to fill out Design Questionnaire in advance
Post site consultation: Landscape designer will email suggested Plant Palette (8x11 pdfs) & Mood board (11 x17 pdf) and recommendations for their project next steps (2 hours work).
Total hours provided: 5 hours

For a 1 hr Landscape Consultation at the project site, Studio SF can advise on the following:
• Layout of paving and planting areas
• Location of design elements: pool, dining, lounge/ entertaining,
BBQ/ Outdoor Kitchen, fireplace, firepit, children’s play area, lawn /
turf, putting green, pergola, trellis, water feature, etc.
• Privacy screening views
• Career advice for aspiring designers
• Plant identification
• ROI recommendations for realtors or homeowners
• Recommend professional sub-contractors & installers
• Materials & finishes
• Revitalizing existing gardens
• Maintenance & garden care instructions
for the homeowner’s gardener to implement
• Color & Surface selection
• Recommendations for seasonal flower color for parties or resale
